Anger and depression both come from fear. They come from the dear that you will not be okay. And this fear comes from stories you have hear, or stories you tell yourself.
Do not indulge in these stories anymore. Dismiss them. They are only fiction. Recognize instead either the present reality, or competing narratives in which everyone is okay.
When you feel threatened, or depressed, or angry, acknowledge that you don't feel okay. Acknowledge, too, that it is just a feeling that comes from the chemicals in your body and brain, and it doesn't reflect reality. Practice saying to yourself that you don't feel okay, but nothing is wrong, you are okay, you have been okay before and you will be again.
And of course you will. Because im death you will be the most okay you have ever been. You will release it all, cease to exist locally, and be everywhere in your consciousness. You will return to the soup, and it will feel warm and loving.
