Practice being silent. You can achieve inner and outer emotional support in silence.


Practice talking to your inner self, your inner mother, your inner lover, your inner sister. Practice talking to your cells--your body and your brain. Practice talking to the counsel--the greater consciousness of which you are a part.


Practice letting go of these things that seem important to you. The counsel will tell you they are not.


Practice being silent with others. The less you say, the more you will be respected. You don't need to tell them anything of your world.
