To be able to say "this was uncomfortable, but it doesn't mean anything" is a life skill.


Sometimes you will feel uncomfortable in a group of people. It doesn't mean that you did anything wrong.


Sometimes you will be uncomfortable with your feelings. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with you.


Sometimes you will be uncomfortable with things you have to do. It doesn't mean it will end disastrously.


People sometimes feel uncomfortable. It's normal. Listen to the feeling. Let it be there. But don't judge it, or ignore it, or banish it. It's okay for that feeling to exist.
