May 28 Daily Entry -- Urgency

I try to keep them in sometimes. I don't know if they're good or if they will be laughed at. But the ideas want to come out.

I need to slow down. I need to breathe. The ideas will come out in time. Everything in it's time. Slow down. Breathe. Feel this moment. Notice its intricacies.

Slow your beat. Slow your tempo. Let the music swell. Give every note its full value.

See how the plants build their leaves a little at a time. They seem solid, unchanging, like rocks. But then you look again it's bigger.

This is how you will grow. Breathe. Let it happen. Do one thing at a time. And it will happen before you know it, as if in your sleep.
