Nov 12 Daily Entry -- Health

If I am allowing myself to take time on my journey, I should ensure there is a supply of time for me to have. And thus, let's increase the odds of me having ten more years...or twenty...or thirty...or more to work with.


  1. Sleep. Go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time. Sleep before all else.

  2. Enjoy breakfast. Have what makes you feel good. Don't force a food your stomach doesn't like.

  3. Be active. Physically. Mentally. Socially.

  4. Be in nature.

  5. Stretch.

  6. Have a place to belong.

  7. Have something to be certain of, but be okay with uncertainty as well.

  8. Live authentically. Don't do things you don't want to do.

  9. Calm your nervous system. Talk to your body. Tell it that it's fine.

  10. Do things you actually sincerely enjoy. (Not just things you think you should enjoy.)

  11. Treat yourself in the way that you deserve, even if it's hard. Keep your environment clean--you deserve it.
